Is work experience expected? How much?
There is no minimum work experience required for entry to the MBA Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. College seniors and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, as are those with more work experience. In most cases, however, prior professional work experience is desirable before applying to business school. College seniors who apply may also defer their admission for one to three years in order to gain professional work full-time work experience prior to enrolling.
